Experts have analyzed that even if a client is included in the "entity list" of the United States, as long as the subject of the transaction is not in the restricted area, the client may continue to work with such clients, independent of the entity list and export controls.

Meanwhile, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) recently released a new list of exemptions from additional tariffs.
